To my utter amazement, the day I published my list I bought a flat scanner weighing next to nothing and costing only $99.00. I hooked the bag onto the back of my motorized w.c. (what a blessing this thing is!) and off I went to continue shopping!
I’m eager to scan some art journal pages so that I can share them with my Milliande and Soul Food groups, but I may be upgrading my computer soon, so I’ll probably wait until then.
The second surprise was making Mom’s kapusta, which turned out really well. Oh, the memories it evokes. Perhaps a separate post with a recipe is called for.
